VividURL.com is a free URL redirecting service. VividURL® is
designed to make human memorization and communication of URLs
easier (patent pending).
VividURL® is not responsible for the content of pages to which
VividURL® aliases redirect. The create-your-own names and
associated URLs are entered by users. The use of the VividURL.com
service is the sole decision of users. VividURL.com is not
responsible for any legal consequence resulted from use or abuse
of the VividURL® service by users. The use of the VividURL® service
is an automatic agreement to the terms and conditions stated in
this document. This service is provided without warranty of any
kind.
If the use of VividURL® on email, web page, or other online or
offline service is deemed to violate the terms of that service or
is illegal in any way, it is considered an abuse of VividURL.com.
Abusing of VividURL.com service is forbidden and any such use will
result in the VividURL® being disabled and the abusing party may be
reported to all ISPs involved and to the proper governmental
agencies. If you believe that the VividURL.com service is being
used in an abusive or illegal manner, please contact us and
include the VividURL® alias in your correspondence. VividURL.com
reserves the right to discontinue or redirect service at any time
and for any reason for any or all VividURL® aliases, especially if
this service is suspected of being abused.
A VividURL® alias never expires if following conditions are met:
a) Alias is used (requested for redirecting) at least once in the
last 12-month period;
b) Original URL could be reached by VividURL® link-validation
program at least once in the last 12-month period. (VividURL
validation program tries to validate each link once per month).
c) Original URL and the alias are not involved in any illegal or
abusive use.
